Appointments are FREE of Charge, we will measure your windows, give clear advice, show you samples and discuss the relavent child safety laws regarding your choices.

We will provide you with a clear and concise quotation, with all details of your blinds the individual prices and the applicable discount available at the time of quotation (discounts do vary in promotional periods)

We will arrive within 45 minutes of the allotted time slot, call you if there is going to be a hold up and offer a re-appointed time if we cannot make the appointment due to unforseen circumstances. 

We cannot guarantee that we can make every appointment, although we will contact you giving you as much time as possible if we can't make it, although we have a 96% success rate at making arranged appointments on-line.

If you can't make the appointment, please use the online facility to re-arrange it / cancell it, or simply call us if you are not near your computer or mobile device, why don't you pop the company number into your mobile phone now.

If you fail to attend the Appointment without prior notice or resonable cancellation (2 Hours), the company reserves the right to charge £39.95 no show fee, to cover expences.
